Heather D Posted May 18, 2020 Report Share Posted May 18, 2020 We purchased NitroPro 12 last May. It suddenly deactivated and will not reactivate. We've followed all of the steps. It says "serial number not found" when we walk through the activation process within the software. Online, when we enter the serial number, it says, it is active, 0 activations, and 2 activations allowed. Yet, it will not activate when we try to do so via the software.
