Justyna Ndulue 0 Report post Posted May 19, 2020 Hi! I switched computers some weeks ago. I´ve downloaded nitro Pro and wanted to activate the account. I deactivated my active versions on https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal I´m trying to activate my nitro Pro but when I introduce my serial number it shows: Serial number not available. How can I activate it now on the new computer? I don´t remember which version of nitro Pro I had on the old computer cause it´s not possible to switch it on anymore. Thanks for your support. Hello @Leslie V., thanks for you message. Unfortunately I haven´t heard from you since then. I´m using nitro very often and it´s really inconvinient not to be able to use it now.
