Unable to activate licence 'Only numbers allowed'

We have several licencecodes starting with "NP" now we have to work from home so I downloaded the software on my own computer. But it says the licencecode should only contain numbers.
Just my code contains 4 letters. Some of the others oven more...
How should we solve this?
