Philip Kohn 0 Report post Posted May 19, 2020 I have a PDF that's 108 pages. Pages 1-9 load fine and so do 12-108. Pages 10 and 11 have Google Maps images on them and they constantly freeze up when trying to view those pages. This is consistent across multiple computers running Nitro. I upgraded to 13.16.2.300 and that hasn't fixed the issue. No other PDF view I've tried has this issue. What would cause this? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -The serial number of your Nitro Pro 13. -Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end.
