PDF Conversion failed

Hi,

There is some error while converting file fro MS-Word document to PDF. The error message is mentioned below:

"The creation process encountered an error and failed to create the PDF file."

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

I have a similar problem, but the conversion fails while attempting to convert a document scan to a PDF. The preview works, but the output scan fails

Hi,

I have the same problem (Creation process encountered an error) for converting to pdf for any document.  When I try to reinstall the printer driver, the installation fails as well (I do have admin rights).  I did reinstall Nitro Pro8 several months ago, but the conversion process no longer works.  I do have my serial number if requested.
