Brian DeSousa Posted May 25, 2020 Report Share Posted May 25, 2020 I got a new computer, and I thought I had deactivated Nitro Pro 11 from the old computer before trying to activate on the new one, but I got an activation error on the new computer. I went to the webpage where it said I was able to deactivate the old copy, but when I try to activate on the new computer, I still get a -23:Error - License number already used.
