Getting error -23 even though there are no activated licenses

HI,

I have been trying to activate my v12 license on a machine but I'm getting error -23.

I deactivated all machines and went on the activation portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) and deactivated all licenses there again, so I should be able to install it on 2 machines.

However, when download and re-installing v12, I'm still getting that same error -23 and that my trial has expired.

A necessary adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 license. Please give the activation another try and it should be good to go.

My Nitro software was deactivated when Windows 10 did an update last night. 

I am having the same issues as noted in this post.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

We've made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. This should now allow you to activate your Nitro Pro 12 installation. 
Please try to activate again by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your serial number then click on Activate.

Buena tarde

Debido a cambios en la organización requerimos mover nitro 12 de un equipo a otro, lamentablemente al momento de tratar desactivar Nitro en el equipo original nos dice el siguiente mensaje:

-20 Error- Número de licencia no válido

El número de serie introducido no existe.

Si vamos a la página de https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal y le damos en desactivar licencia aparece lo siguiente:

Sorry,. You may only deactivate 0 devices.

En el equipo donde deseamos usar el Nitro 12 Pro al momento de intentar activar dice que ya activamos todas las licencias.

¿Me pueden ayudar por favor?
