Jeff Pettit
Hello, I was creating a form. It crashed and removed all the content from pages 24 and 25. It will not allow me to delete these two pages and create them anew. Can I send you the document for you to review and fix? I purchased VIP Access, but I have no idea how that helps me in this situation. Regards, Jeff Pettit Edited May 31, 2020 by Jeff Pettit

Jeff Pettit
Hello Leslie, Where do I find the "build" information? How do I send you the file? To whom do I send it? Do I use email or do I upload it? Thank you, Jeff Pettit
Jeff Pettit
Leslie, Please inform me where I can find the "build information." And please inform me how to upload the file. When the program crashed, the file size increased from 387,366 KB to 3,800,671 KB. The file size increased by a multiplier of 10. I will never be able to email this file. Please inform me how to upload it to you. Please respond. My work is stalled until this is fixed. Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted June 3, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 3, 2020 Hello, You can find the Nitro Pro build by going to Help in Nitro > About Nitro Pro > Note down the number at the top of the screen which looks something like this "Nitro Pro 12.1.2.3" You can send me a direct message and attach the file so we can have a look. Can you also try to use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.Cleanup Tool NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.19.2.356 from the page I have provided below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Please let me know how that goes. Jeff Pettit
Leslie, The "build" I was using was 12.16.3.574 I followed your instructions including using the clean-up tool. Then I loaded Nitro Pro 13.0 Then I opened the "problem file" and it acted the same as before. It includes over 50 "pages." Pages 24 and 25 lost all their data; they are just blank pages - same as before. I can easily replace that data, but the software will not allow me to delete these blank pages. Also, the file size is still gigantic -- 3,800,671 KB. I tried to respond by the "Go this This Post" method that you gave me, but I could not make it work. For some reason my Office 365 software on my computer recognized this attempt to reach your post as a threat; and it blocked the attempt at using your post. Please respond. I've been out of commission on this project for several days and I need to make progress. Thank your for attempts at helping me. I appreciate it.
