tc.espinola 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2020 Hi, I'm having an issue activating my copy of Nitro Pro 11. It gives me error 23, License number already used. The page at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal shows I only have 1 activation in use and 2 available. Can you help me solve this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 11 license so you can proceed with the activation. Please give the activation another try and it should be good to go.
