Jéssica Paixão 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2020 Hello, I am using the Nitro Pro 12 and I am often having these crashes when trying to copy/paste screenshots made with win+shift+S. Nitro will shut down and restart with whatever it managed to save, but it is still pretty annoying. Also, after working on pdf comments for a while (through a few files without closing Nitro before opening another), eventually the copy/paste function stops working as expected and always pastes de same thing regardless of making another fresh screenshot or copying another comment balloon from a different file. I would appreciate if there was something I can do about those errors, because having to close and reopen all files when it happens can be pretty time consuming. Please someone respond, even if it's a "there's nothing to be done" or "we are still trying to determine the cause of these problems", so I can at least know someone tried to solve my issue.
