Activation Issues - getting -23 error

Hi,

My computer crashed and had to be completely reset. I installed Nitro Pro 12 (which is what my license is for) and deactivated my license. Now, when I try to activate it, i get the following error: -23: Error - License number already used. 

My license number shows 0 of 2 activations. What do I do to fix this?

Thank you, @Donna Corwin,

I have made a necessary adjustment on your Nitro Pro 12 license. You should now be able to successfully activate your Nitro Pro 12 installation. 
To activate, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your serial number then click on Activate.
