Sedsall 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2020 (edited) Been using my license since 2013. Upgraded to 11 at one point. Today I open PDF and realize I am on a trial (All of a sudden my PAID software reverted to trial!!!!). I click on activation under HELP and type in my code and I get error 22 that its not the right version. I uninstall and go to my original license email and download, and of course that software page doesn't exist. Why would all of a sudden I have these problems after so many years of no issues! Your computer may have underwent a Windows update which causes the program to revert to trial mode. You can reinstall Nitro Pro 11 by downloading the installer from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/retail/nitro_pro11.exe 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/retail/nitro_pro11.exe If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Once Nitro Pro 11 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 11 serial number. To activate, open Nitro Pro then navigate to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your serial number then click on Activate. I hope this helps and thanks again for reaching out. Sedsall 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2020 Hi Unfortunately this didn't work. I uninstalled my trial that was running. Downloaded and installed from the link you gave me for 64 bit, and when I enter my serial numbers (I have two emails with original and upgrade) both give me an error 22-Wrong license number.
