Unable to Reactivate

One of our computers crashed a few weeks ago and we have not been able to get Nitro reactivated on said computer since. We uninstalled and reinstalled the program, deactivated the serial number through Nitro's website and tried to reactivate it as instructed. We have two user licenses and are only using one of them now. Every time we try to reactivate we get a pop up message stating that our serial number doesn't exist. How can we fix this??

Please be aware that a Nitro Pro serial number will only work based on its version. 
I checked your account records and found that you have a Nitro Pro 12 license. With that, please make sure that you are running Nitro Pro version 12. You can check the version by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

If you find that you are running a different version, you will need to uninstall then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: 

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After Nitro Pro 12 installation, activate it by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 12 serial number then click on Activate.
