Heath MCWHORTER Posted June 1, 2020 Report Share Posted June 1, 2020 One of our computers crashed a few weeks ago and we have not been able to get Nitro reactivated on said computer since. We uninstalled and reinstalled the program, deactivated the serial number through Nitro's website and tried to reactivate it as instructed. We have two user licenses and are only using one of them now. Every time we try to reactivate we get a pop up message stating that our serial number doesn't exist. How can we fix this??
