Your Nitro Pro 12 serial number is eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro. You can upgrade the serial number through our Upgrade Portal - https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade Once your license is upgraded, you will receive a new serial number which can be used to activate the latest version (Nitro Pro 13) I hope this helps and thanks again for choosing Nitro Pro.
