Will not activate

Please help. NitroPro will not activate. Have deactivated using online portal and is showing spare licenses but still getting error. Have reinstalled but still not working.

Hi Leslie - I'm afraid to report that this same installation has reverted to the trial version again. Same serial number as before (234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx).

I've again deactivated using the NitroPDF portal but the client install still reports -23 Error.

Can you release this activation again and advise why this keeps happening?
