Your serial number is a version 10 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 10 installations. Please uninstall Nitro Pro on your computer then install Nitro Pro 10 by downloading the installer from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10.exe 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10_x64.exe If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Once Nitro Pro 10 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your serial number. Ted Wells Posted June 4, 2020 Author Report Share Posted June 4, 2020 Thank you Reymund. I didn't realize I have installed the V13. I do have another question, though. I constantly use the feature of taking a photo of my customers signature with the laptop camera to place into the Nitro Docs. Is this still an option in V13 if I upgrade?
