Activation problem

Good morning.
I have updated Windows 10 to the 2004 version and Nitro Pro 12 is now in a trial version.
I tried to activate it by entering the serial number, but "-23 Error: license number already used" appears
Nitro (Italian version) is installed only on my PC
Can you help me?

I have a similar problem.  Windows 10 updated today and Nitro Pro 12 switched to trial mode.  I tried the deactivation web page and re-entered serial number and activation failed.  This problem has occurred on previous versions of nitro pro - 9, 10 as well and now 12.  With Windows 10 releasing major update about every 6 months, this is a major pain.  None of my other software behaves in this manner.  When updating from 10 to 12 I was told that the problem was resolved.  In all fairness to Nitro, I installed 12 in 2018 as an upgrade and have not had this problem occur until now.  Hope someone can help.  Thank you.
