Can’t activate on new device

I am trying to move my license to a new device and it will not allow me.  I purchased the upgrade, but it still will not recognize the serial number. Don't know if the its the Windows 10 or what.

Could you please send me your Nitro Pro serial number through private message? I need to get this information so I could check and determine its version. 
To send a private message, simply mouse hover to my profile then click the 'Message' link,

Basically, a Nitro Pro serial number will only work based on its version. As an example, a version 12 license will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation
