I could not Upgrade also I could not Sign up

Dear,

I have a Nitro Pro 11.0.3.173, serial number: 172xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I could not Upgrade to Nitro PRO 12 nor Nitro PRO 13 also I could not Sign up in my account. What I should I do to Upgrade and Sign up? Thank you for your help.
