My Nitro has flipped to trial mode, and serial number not recognized

Morning 

Out of no where, my Nitro has flipped to trial mode, and when i try to activate the serial number not recognized.

Very annoying as i have work i need to complete asap.

can someone come back to me with a fix asap

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Could you please send your Nitro Pro serial number through private message? I need to know this information so I could check and determine its version. 
To send a private message, simply mouse hover to my profile then click the 'Message' link,

Basically, a Nitro Pro serial number will only work based on its version. As an example, a version 12 license will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation.
