matthew traywick Posted June 6, 2020 Report Share Posted June 6, 2020 (edited) Hello, I am trying to activate my Nitro Pro purchase after having to have my PC repaired. I purchased Nitro Pro in 2014 and still have the email receipt. the serial number is 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx I downloaded the trial version and tried to activate it via the serial number but am getting an error saying the serial number does not exist. I then clicked the Submit Support ticket link which brought me to a page where I can de-activate the serial number and try it again.
