matthew traywick 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2020 (edited) Hello, I am trying to activate my Nitro Pro purchase after having to have my PC repaired. I purchased Nitro Pro in 2014 and still have the email receipt. the serial number is 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx I downloaded the trial version and tried to activate it via the serial number but am getting an error saying the serial number does not exist. I then clicked the Submit Support ticket link which brought me to a page where I can de-activate the serial number and try it again. Your Nitro Pro serial number is a version 9 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 9 installation. You can check the version installed on your computer by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you are running a different version, you need to uninstall then install Nitro Pro 9 by downloading the installer from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro9/en/retail/nitro_pro9.exe 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro9/en/retail/nitro_pro9_x64.exe If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Once Nitro Pro 9 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your serial number.
