Serial Number not found

I have tried to go through the steps required to move Nitro Pro to my new computer.  When I try to deactivate (or even look up my serial number) I'm told it is an invalid serial number.  I still have the email with all the information when I purchased the product.  Please advise what to do.

A Nitro Pro serial number will only work based on its version. 
For example, a version 12 license will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. 

We need to know your serial number so I could check and provide you the correct Nitro Pro installer.

Hello, I have the same problem as you . I buy nitro pro 12 from the cleverbridge. I cannot deactivate soft at old computer and can not activate the soft at my new computer.

I have responded to your private message and explanation about how to check a valid Nitro Pro serial number. 

Basically, our Activation Portal is great tool to check if the serial number is valid or not. The link to that portal is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

I purchased from Indigo Software company.  How can I have a serial number from 6 months ago that unlocked the software for me to use, but you are telling me it is an invalid serial number?

The Indigo Software company is not an authorized Nitro re-seller. Please reach out to them if you are experiencing an issue on the serial number they've provided.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

An adjustment has been made your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. You should now be able to activate Nitro Pro as long as it is version 12. 
To check the version, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

If you see that you are running a different version, you will need to uninstall then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.

Thanks you very much! now I haven been activate my soft version of  nitro pdf 12.0.0.112 which i get total install package about two yeas ago.    At the same time,  I know the latest version is 12.16.3.574. unfortunately, I can not download the complete soft. I get the 1.3MB install package and cannot further installing it.

And, yes the latest build of Nitro Pro 12 is 12.16.3.574. You can download the Nitro Pro  12.16.3.574 offline installer from the following location:
