Steve Paster 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2020 (edited) I have switched machines of one of our users and deactivated the license appropriately from that machine. I have tried multiple times to activate on the new machine and get an invalid license failure. I have went through the support portal to activate, deactivate, generate new key to complete failures. The key shows 0 activations currently on the support portal with 2 remaining however I cannot activate. Please generate me a valid key.
