How could the deactivate the user on my old computer if I no longer have it?

About the deactivation, you can use our activation portal to deactivate the license.

Please take a screenshot of the error message that prevents you from installing Nitro Pro 11. 
Save the screenshot as .jpg or .png then you can drag the file here (when you respond to this post) to attach it.

I'm not able to attached, but the message said NITRO PRO SETUP WIZARD HAS FAILED , and bellow stated FINISH, it doesn't specify any error code or number, I try to used also the one that I Have in the original email ans stated that is expired.
