Unable to Upgrade Nitro 13

This is my second attempt to exercise your offer to upgrade to Nitro 13. The last attempt to resolve the below problem, was not followed through by the moderator.

When I attempted to "Enter your current product serial number to check your discount eligibility. We’ll check what kind of upgrade discount you’re eligible for, then guide you from there." the response I received was "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

I have been a long-time user of Nitro & have continued to upgrade since Nitro 7. It seems that now Nitro is not allowing me to upgrade to Nitro 13 & expect me to purchase a new license. If  that is the case, I will not be continuing with the upgrade to Nitro 13. Please do not ask me to validate my purchase again, as I have already done so the last time. You would not be sending me another upgrade offer if I am not registered in your database.

Kindly help resolve this.
