Moving Licence to a new device

We have a client that has 16 Nitro Pro licences. The CEO purchased a new Microsoft Surface and would like to move his licence from his old Surface. As per instructions he deactivated on the old surface, which was on Version 11 of Nitro Pro, and then tried to reactivate after downloading Version 12 onto the new surface and using the Version 12 serial number. It said no licences available. Any ideas?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number for Nitro Pro 11 and 12?

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
