Ann Marie Doherty Posted June 12, 2020 Report Share Posted June 12, 2020 Dear Sirs, My PC was recently upgraded and my Nitro Pro changed to a trial package. I have tried following the instructions on deactivating my license so I can reactivate it straight away, however I get a message stating 'sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices'.
