Dear Sirs, My PC was recently upgraded and my Nitro Pro changed to a trial package.  I have tried following the instructions on deactivating my license so I can reactivate it straight away, however I get a message stating 'sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices'.  Please advise me on how to access my Nitro Pro package.

Kindly activate your copy of Nitro Pro on your machine by opening the program and going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
