Ann Marie Doherty Posted June 12, 2020 Report Share Posted June 12, 2020 Dear Sirs, My PC was recently upgraded and my Nitro Pro changed to a trial package. I have tried following the instructions on deactivating my license so I can reactivate it straight away, however I get a message stating 'sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices'. Kindly activate your copy of Nitro Pro on your machine by opening the program and going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. If you experience any difficulties while activating, please send me a screenshot with the error message you’re receiving.
