CANNOT TRANSFER LICENSE

I cannot seem to transfer my license from an old PC to a new one. Your website keeps looping me back to deactivation but goes nowhere after that.

Kindly note our Activation Portal can only deactivate, not activate.

On your new machine, please download and install the correct version from this page https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
