I've been able to use the webportal but not directly through the app. Would be interested to know if there's a solution to this as is impacting my workflow. Nitro Pro 11 or older is already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy This is the reason why you are no longer able to Request Signature through Nitro Cloud Integration because it has been decomissioned. As a work-around, you may still upload PDF files for signing by opening a browser and accessing https://cloud.gonitro.com/ Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
