I've been able to use the webportal but not directly through the app. Would be interested to know if there's a solution to this as is impacting my workflow. Nitro Pro 11 or older is already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy This is the reason why you are no longer able to Request Signature through Nitro Cloud Integration because it has been decomissioned. As a work-around, you may still upload PDF files for signing by opening a browser and accessing https://cloud.gonitro.com/ Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps. steve diaz Posted September 22, 2023 Report Share Posted September 22, 2023 Nitro Pro 10 and older versions do not support Nitro Cloud integration. Nitro Cloud features, including cloud storage and collaboration, were introduced in later versions of the software. If you want to utilize Nitro Cloud services, you'll need to consider upgrading to a newer version of Nitro PDF, as the cloud functionality is not available in Nitro Pro 10 and earlier.
