Getting error -23 even though there are no activated licenses

Like others, I have deactivated all my old licenses in an effort to install on my new computer, but it still will not allow me to activate on my new computer - error code 23 - Please let me know what I need to do or how I should send you my license #

Please help!! I have a new computer, have deactivated other licenses and still can't activate on new computer. My serial number is 234xxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 serial number so you can proceed with the activation. 
Please try to activate again your Nitro Pro 12, it should be good to go.
