Hi,

 

I work for a IT company who manage the IT of other company

 

We have a new clients we had an Nitro Pro Licence and wanted to update it.

 

when I updated it my client lost his serial number and don't know what it is.

Could you help me with that ?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Could you please ask your client what is the email address used when they purchase the Nitro Pro license?
Also, if the client has a copy of the Nitro Pro invoice, please ask them to check the order reference number. 

We will use the email address used to purchase the license or the invoice's order reference number to search for its records.

I've contact the old campany who was managing our client and they give me all the serial number but when I try to activate it. it said : the serial isn't working.

I don't want to paste the licence here but could you help me with that ?
