Hi desactive nitro en una computadora pues la licencia se usara en otro computador, la desactivo pero al querer activarla en el nuevo ordenador me dice que no es valida 

pueden ayudarme 

I deactivated nitro in a computer because the license will be used in another computer, I deactivate it but when I want to activate it in the new computer it tells me that it is not valid

Hi @Edwin Irias,

Thank you for sending your serial number. 

You have a version 12 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. With that, you need to install Nitro Pro 12 on the new computer so you can activate it using that license.

The Nitro Pro 12 installer can be downloaded from the following location:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, activate it by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 12 serial number then click on Activate.

Please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574) so you can activate using your existing version 12 license.
