Reymund G. 0 Report post Posted June 18, 2020 Hi @Edwin Irias, Thank you for sending your serial number. You have a version 12 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. With that, you need to install Nitro Pro 12 on the new computer so you can activate it using that license. The Nitro Pro 12 installer can be downloaded from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, activate it by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate.
