FrustratedByNitro 2 Report post Posted January 31, 2017 I am a paid Pro user, and have emailed several times ( over 3 weeks) for service and Zero response ... Anybody know why they have no service standards ? I have a paid subscription and it makes me log in all the time and now says my trial expired, pathetic service. Also crashes every time I try and combine files in windows 10, has never worked, so I send the files to someone with acrobat to do it... super unimpressed as they have NEVER responded to that query . I cross-referenced your email with our system and did not see any tickets submitted recently. I'm not sure why that is, but I would recommend resubmitting a ticket from the following website.
