James Melling Posted June 16, 2020 Report Share Posted June 16, 2020 Hi, I am trying to activate Nitro Pro 12 on a new computer. It has been deactivated on the old computer. I have checked your activation portal and it says there are 2 licences free but I continuously get error 23 when trying to activate on the new machine.
