I have input my licence on the website and deactivated my old one and tried to activate my new one and now says incorrect code, The website reconises it and says active but the programme says its incorect ? You have a version 12 license and that will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. Please check if the software that you are trying to activate is Nitro Pro 12. This information can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you are running a different or newer version, please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 12 by downloading the installer from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi The link below will guide you on what installer installer to use on your computer. https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 license.
