Fernando Cunha
Hi A colleague of my company had recently to reinstall Windows 10 Pro. He lost all the installed programs, including Nitro pro. After the new windows 10 installation he downloaded the Nitro Pro from the website and installed it. So far so good, but he can’t open any PDF file, always shows this message: “XXX.pdf could not be opened because its open parameters are invalid or incomplete. If this is a cloud document, make sure you are properly logged in to the cloud provider.” No matter what we do (removing or removing and reinstalling) resolves this issue. Any one knows how to solve this problem? We appreciate any help. Kind regards, Fernando

Fernando Cunha
Hi Reymund G. Sorry for the late response. My colleague was away and I couldn't get the version number. So here are the details: - Nitro pro version: 13.2.3.26 - The pdf are located in local drive. We had tried several folders and even download new pdf file and the result is always the same. - Screenshot of the error: Kind regards Fernando

Fernando Cunha
Hi Reymund It's working now without doing anything. Probably some update that was missing with the reinstall of windows 10. Thanks anyway.
