Have deactivated using online portal and is showing spare licenses but still getting error. Have reinstalled but still not working. This is the second time this has happened in a few weeks. Your Nitro Pro serial number is a version 12 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. An adjustment has been made on that license so you can proceed with the activation.
