Stephen Aumayer 0 Report post Posted June 18, 2020 I need to transfer my Nitro to a new machine - I have downloaded Nitro pro 10 to this laptop but the serial number will not be accepted by the new installation. My serial number starts NP10XXXXXXXX but the new installation says it will only accept numeric characters. Please can someone advise? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
