Jeff Pettit Posted June 18, 2020 Report Share Posted June 18, 2020 (edited) My license number is 23460x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. To resolve an issue, Nitro Help told me to load version 13. This version was temporary and its time has expired. Now I do not have an active issue. I have tried multiple times to reactivate it, but the system will not let me. To further assist you, kindly uninstall the version you currently have by going to Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features, reboot your machine and download Nitro Pro 12 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
