Al querer instalar en PC nueva Nitro Pro 13, no permite la instalacion y aparece el mensaje: FALLO DEL ASISTENTE DE CONFIGURACION DE NITRO PRO

• ya cambie de ubicacion el archivo y aun asi no permite instalacion.

When you want to install a new Nitro Pro 13 on a PC, it does not allow the installation and the message appears: NITRO PRO CONFIGURATION WIZARD FAILED

I already changed the location of the file and still does not allow installation.

Can you make sure Nitro is completely uninstalled first? Reboot and when your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13. Please get the updated installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Hi! I have the same issue. I noticed it only happens when I select Spanish. If I select English the installation is succesful. I tried the updated installers 12 and 13.

Please provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number so we can determine the appropriate installer to install Nitro PDF Pro with Spanish language.
