Jeje ski Posted June 22, 2020 Report Share Posted June 22, 2020 Hello, After a looooooooooooooooot of exchange with 24h delay of answer between each i still have the same issues and no one is answering anymore like they don't care about it. My licence is active but when i try to use nitro pro, making a new sheet or opening a doc it say always the same problem https://ibb.co/473bfrg & https://ibb.co/rdsj40b (and no i'm not working on a cloud) I tryed everything, uninstalling, reinstalling i checked version, reset the licences, nothing change always the same issue and still have no help from support but as i said since 3weeks money are gone from my bag.. So now, can finally someone help me more, from Nitro Support they received lot of mail with my phone number maybe call me and try to fix it together instead of 24h delay of answer between each mail with "Can you try to open this attachment ?" "Is this the last version of nitro" each question 1day delay.. I think that u understand now that i'm bored of waiting answer, last email answer was 06.11.20. Thanks for helping.
