Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.19.2.356 from the page I have provided below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads I hope this helps! I launched the Cleanup tool (it seems that nothing happens...is it correct?) then reboot then tried to use that application but the installation failed Then I uninstall my actual Nitro Pro, reboot, launched cleanup, reboot again and launched your application but it failed as well Then I tried to install an old version: the installation works but then the error 7089 pops out Do you have other suggestions @Leslie V.?
