Activated licenses always revert to trial mode

License only sticks for a day or so before being deactivated, only to be referred as a trial.  How to make license stick?

Hi @MattT,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I would like to know the version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer and the serial number you used to activate it.
Please send me a private message along with your Nitro Pro license. To send a private message, simply mouse hover to my profile then click the 'Message' link.

Kind regards,

After the most recent Windows Update, my Nitro reverted to the trial version.  Can you please tell me how to restore the version I bought?

Hi @Shah Makujina

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

You can reactivate the software by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your Nitro Pro serial number then click on Activate.

If you encounter an activation issue, please send me a private message and include your serial number so I could check and make an adjustment.
To send a private message, simply mouse hover to my profile then click the 'Message' link.
