Activated licenses always revert to trial mode

I would like to know the version of Nitro Pro installed on your computer and the serial number you used to activate it.

After the most recent Windows Update, my Nitro reverted to the trial version.  Can you please tell me how to restore the version I bought?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

You can reactivate the software by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your Nitro Pro serial number then click on Activate.

If you encounter an activation issue, please send me a private message and include your serial number so I could check and make an adjustment.
To send a private message, simply mouse hover to my profile then click the 'Message' link.
