I have deactivated Nitro Pro on the former laptop but I can't activate Nitro Pro on my new laptop. Could you please have a look ? Thank you. Please send me a private message and include the following: 1. The version of Nitro Pro installed on the new computer. This information can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. The serial number you are using the activate the software. To send a private message, simply mouse hover to profile then click the 'Message' link. Please uninstall Nitro Pro 13 on your computer then install Nitro Pro 12 using one of the following installers: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number. To check the version, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you are running a different version, please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 12 using one of the following installers: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 If you are already on Nitro Pro 12 but getting a -23 error message, please try to activate again as I have made an adjustment on your version 12 license.
