Need reactivation of Nitro Pro

Hi,

I have changed my laptop. I have deactivated Nitro Pro on the former laptop but I can't activate Nitro Pro on my new laptop.

Could you please have a look ?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please send me a private message and include the following:

1. The version of Nitro Pro installed on the new computer. This information can be located under Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
2. The serial number you are using the activate the software.

I have the same issue. I deactivated on the website but I cannot reactivate Nitro Pro v 12 on my new computer

Hi @J-Christophe Dordain,

You have a version 12 license and it will only work on a Nitro Pro 12 installation. 
Please uninstall Nitro Pro 13 on your computer then install Nitro Pro 12 using one of the following installers:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:

Once Nitro Pro 12 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 12 serial number.

Please make sure that you have Nitro Pro version 12 installed on your computer so you can activate it using your version 12 serial number. To check the version, open Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

If you see that you are running a different version, please uninstall then install Nitro Pro 12 using one of the following installers:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

If you are already on Nitro Pro 12 but getting a -23 error message, please try to activate again as I have made an adjustment on your version 12 license.  To activate, navigate to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 12 serial number then click on Activate.

Thank you very much. Indeed, it works with the former version 12. On my new laptop, I had indeed installed the latest version.
