Belinda Botha 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2020 I got a new computer cos the old one died, and have used the license portal to DEACTIVATE licenses and then I can activate my new install of nitroPDF Pro 6 ok, but the next time I reboot i get switched back to trial mode again and the license portal shows as 2x activations again. This has happened several times now. There should be no other computers with my license key (the old computer is not being used) so I'm not sure why it keeps getting used up.
