Serial Number Activation does not work

I bought a new desktop Windows computer and downloaded Nitro Pro to it.  When I try to Activate it the Serial Number shows as active, but when I try to deactivate it there is an error that says "Sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices."  the Nitro page says "Number of Activations 0"  "Number of activations allowed 2"

Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

The deactivation button will only work if there is an active number of activations. Since it shows 0, the licensing portal will give you the message "Sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices'.
What you need to do next is to install Nitro Pro 11 on your new desktop then activate it using your version 11 serial number. 

The Nitro Pro 11 installer can be downloaded from the following location:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi

Once Nitro Pro 11 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 11 license.
