Jennifer Rodriguez 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2020 Good afternoon, I purchased this program back in 2015 and just now I need to install it in a new computer I got for school. I downloaded the free version for Nitro Pro 13, I didn't see an option for Nitro Pro 10, but when I try to activate the license it tells me is not valid. Can anyone help me? I went to the support tab and found my license, it says I have 1 activation of 2 allowed, I clicked on "Deactivate" and try to activate it again and still it didn't work. Please uninstall Nitro Pro 13 on your computer then install Nitro Pro 10. The Nitro Pro 10 installer can be downloaded from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10.exe 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10_x64.exe The link below will guide you on which installer to use on your computer:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Once Nitro Pro 10 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 10 license.
