It is saying the key has been used however on the license page it says that Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 Could you please assist. Thanks. I get the same circular loop: Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 I have also tried to upgrade to Nitro 13, but when I enter my license number, I am told that the license is invalid. An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 license so you can upgrade to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate by entering its serial number in our Upgrade Portal: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade However if you prefer working with an older version, please note that our Activation Portal can only make deactivations, not activation. To further assist you, kindly download Nitro Pro 12 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number. To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro 12 by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Our record shows you are experiencing an issue activating the license is because the computer that the software was installed on did not generate a proper Computer ID (which is a Nitro-specific ID, which generates a unique Computer ID for each computer that the software is installed on). Tricia Barrett Posted June 26, 2020 Report Share Posted June 26, 2020 I've been using Nitro Pro since 11/2019 & have had no problems. This week Nitro keeps giving me an error message when I try to open a new pdf saying "Nitro Pro has encountered an error with your license. Please re-try activation. If you still encounter an error please contact support. Error code: -2023" & my Nitro app says "Expired Trial" on the top & tries to get me to "Buy Now". When I check my license key online, it says I have 2 activations for version 13 & 2 allowed. Why am I getting an error message now? & how to resolve it! I've deactivated all the licences on the website portal and have 2 available, but still get an error 23 - Licence number already used - when I try to activate Nitro Pro. Im using version 11.0.8.470.
